Biography
Corentin Fila is a French actor born on September 28, 1988. The son of a French specialized teacher and Franco-Congolese director David-Pierre Fila, he earned a degree in economics at Paris-Descartes while working as a model. After viewing a performance of The Suit by Peter Brook at age 23, Fila decided to pursue acting and enrolled at the Cours Florent in 2012. He secured his first major role in the 2016 film Being 17, directed by André Téchiné, which earned him a nomination for the César Award for Most Promising Actor. In 2018, he starred in the film A Paris Education, directed by Jean-Paul Civeyrac.
