Clotilde Hesme is a French actress born on July 30, 1979, in Troyes, Aube, France. She is the sister of actresses Annelise Hesme and Elodie Hesme. After studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique, she appeared in plays and was cast in Jérôme Bonnel's 2002 film Le Chignon d'Olga. Her subsequent film appearances include Philippe Garrel's Regular Lovers, where she played Lilie, and Christophe Honoré's Love Songs, where she played Alice. For her appearance in Love Songs, she received a nomination for the 2008 César Award for Most Promising Actress. That same year, she was nominated for a Moliere Award for her performance in Marivaux's La Seconde Surprise de l'amour, and she later won the SACD Plaisir du theatre prize in 2009.
