Biography

Caroline Harker is an English stage and television actress born in 1966. She is the daughter of actors Polly Adams and Richard Owens and the sister of actress Susannah Harker. Harker is recognized for her performance as Celia in the BBC production of Middlemarch. Additionally, she is known for her role as Woman Police Constable Hazel Wallace, who later became a Detective Sergeant, in the ITV police drama A Touch of Frost. She appeared in this series from 1992 until 2003.
