Biography
Byron Pallis was a Greek stage and film actor born in Athens in 1923. He studied at the Royal Theatre and made his theatre debut in 1950 in the play Anna of a Thousand Days with Marika Kotopouli's troupe, collaborating with them for four years. From 1955 to 1957, he returned to the Royal Theatre and later worked with the troupes of Lampetis, Katrakis, and Horn. He gained popularity through the radio series format called The House of the Winds, in which he played the lawyer Lampiris. In film, he made his debut in 1954 in Alekos Sakellarios' film Thanasakis the Politician, playing the title role. Pallis passed away on December 14, 1995.
