Biography
Bilal Ali Hasna is a British actor and playwright born in central London to a Palestinian father and a Pakistani Punjabi mother. He attended Haberdashers' Boys' School in Elstree and graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. During his time at university, he participated in theatre with the Marlowe Society and Pembroke Players. Hasna starred in the film Layla in 2024 and appeared in television roles in the Star series Extraordinary from 2023 to 2024 and the Amazon Prime series Dead Hot in 2024. He was named a 2023 Screen International Star of Tomorrow. Having come up with the idea in 2021, Hasna also co-wrote and starred in a one-man play.
