Biography
Avantika Vandanapu, known mononymously as Avantika, is an American actress, dancer, and producer born on January 25, 2005. Trained in ballet, contemporary, and Indian classical dance styles including Kuchipudi and Kathak, she gained early recognition as the second winner of the reality show Dance India Dance Lil Masters North America. Her filmography includes roles in Telugu and Tamil cinema, as well as American productions such as the Disney Channel Original Movie Spin, the comedy Senior Year, the 2024 film Mean Girls, and the horror film Tarot. Based in Los Angeles, she aims to produce and perform in stories that highlight marginalized communities to bring them into mainstream media.
