Asha Banks
Biography
Asha Alice Banks, born November 26, 2003, is a British actress and singer based in London. She began her career as a child performer in West End theatre productions. Banks made her feature film debut in the modern retelling of Mozart's opera The Magic Flute, released in November 2022, where she played the lead role of Princess Pamina. The film was produced by Centropolis Entertainment and Flute Film and directed by Florian Sigl. Her other film credits include My Fault: London and Your Fault: London, released in 2025 and 2026 respectively. On television, she is known for roles in the CBBC series Rebel Cheer Squad and the BBC Three adaptation A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, where she portrayed Cara Ward. She also appeared in the critically acclaimed Olivier-nominated stage production of Spring Awakening at the Almeida Theatre, playing the role of Thea.
