Arun Bakshi is an Indian film and television actor and singer who has also worked in Punjabi and Bhojpuri cinema. He graduated from Arya College in Ludhiana, Punjab, and worked with the Punjab Agricultural University before moving to Mumbai in 1981 to begin his career in television and later films. He has acted as a character actor in over one hundred Hindi films and has sung 298 songs as a playback singer. His television and film credits include roles as Mahant Dashrath Tripathi in Ishq Ka Rang Safed on Colors, and performances in BR Chopra's Mahabharat as Dhristadyumna, as well as Guru, Kuch To Gadbad Hai, and Masoom.
