Amrit Kaur is a Canadian actress, producer, and writer born on June 4, 1993, in Markham, Ontario, Canada. She is best known for her role as Bela Malhotra on the HBO Max series The Sex Lives of College Girls. She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting in 2015 and has continued studying her craft with coaches Michele Lonsdale-Smith and Stephen Park at the Lonsdale Smith Studio in Toronto. She is also a company member of Gracemoon Arts Theatre and Salon. Her known credits include television and film work, such as appearances in Kim's Convenience, Hudson and Rex, and The Sex Lives of College Girls. In addition to acting and producing, she writes and is working on her first play, Hummingbird.
