Biography
Aleksandr Andreevich Petrov is a Russian actor born on January 25, 1989, in Pereslavl-Zalesskiy. Following his graduation from secondary school, he initially enrolled in the economic department at the University of Pereslavl within the Institute of Program Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences. During his time as a student, he engaged in extracurricular activities, including participation in a student KVN team and performances with the student theatre group Entreprise. After attending master classes led by teachers from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts, known as GITIS, during a theatrical festival, he decided to pursue a professional acting career. He is recognized for his work in both film and television, with 91 known credits to his name.

Petrov began his professional acting career in 2010, appearing in an episodic role in the television series Voices. He subsequently secured a major role in a television series in 2012. Throughout his career, he has become known for his performances in various film and television projects, earning recognition for his versatility in action roles. Among his most notable film credits are the 2017 productions Attraction and Gogol. The Beginning, as well as the 2019 film T-34.
