In 2015, she secured her first leading role as Almila in the romantic comedy series Kaçak Gelinler, and later achieved international recognition for playing Defne in the romantic comedy series İnadına Aşk. Topaloğlu has also performed on stage in the plays Sersefil Müzikali, Temel İçgüdü, Tersine Dünya, and Kadınlar Filler ve Saireler.
