The Franco-British singer, revealed by the album The other end of the world in 2006, a new more rock record has just been released, Icare, directed by John Parish, producer, in particular, of the albums of PJ Harvey.
If the fragility of the world emerges in Icare, between the climate crisis and the waves of attacks, Emily Loizeau refuses to give in to resignation. Icare, which can also be understood as “I care”, in English: “I care about it”, resonates like a call to invent a new, more united world.
