A user posted the video on Tuesday, which has already gained more than 10,000 likes and 1 million views.

The boy in the video reads a quote from Crenshaw himself about “hero archetypes.”
The congressman interrupts the boy when they begin to ask “I can’t understand this…”
To which Crenshaw interrupts and says, “Well, I’ll help you. Put a period after the word Jesus and don’t question my faith.”

Although the video quickly began circulating on social media and news outlets, Rep. Crenshaw has yet to make an official comment on the video.
