Offenbach (dpa / lnw) – After the storm “Eugen” in North Rhine-Westphalia, the wind slowly subsides. It will remain cool and changeable in the coming days, as the German Weather Service in Offenbach announced on Wednesday. At first there can be rain, showers and thunderstorms. During the day, widespread stormy gusts can sweep across the country at speeds between 55 and 70 kilometers per hour, but they subside in the evening. The maximum values are very cool eight to twelve degrees, at high altitudes between four and seven degrees.
In the night of Thursday there can be a few showers or thunderstorms with lows between four and one degree, in the mountains down to minus one degree. Ground frost is possible in some areas. On Thursday it continues at a cool 8 to 13 degrees, in the higher mountains 4 to 7 degrees.
