Hanoi (VNA) – VinFast – Vietnam’s global electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer – has announced that it will host the VinFast California Roadshow until March 6, to promote its VF 8 and VF 9 electric SUV models in the American market.
Following the reveal of VinFast’s full line of electric vehicles at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2022) last month, VinFast is bringing its new all-electric sport utility vehicles directly to Californians.
The VinFast California Roadshow will kick off with a private event and display of VF 8 vehicles on February 11-12 at Penthouse 56, home to the Los Angeles Rams’ Super Bowl week.
The tour will run concurrently from February 11-13 in Los Angeles at the Westfield Century City and will continue to three other cities in northern and southern California, ending March 6 at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.
It will take place in the most populated areas of California cities, delivering specifications and images of VinFast’s electric vehicle models directly to potential customers and locals.
The roadshow offers potential customers a direct opportunity to experience the brand and learn more about its premium electric SUVs, said Van Anh Nguyen, CEO of VinFast in the United States.
California is considered VinFast’s home in the United States, with operations in Los Angeles and San Francisco, he said, so the company wants to start its journey by building relationships with local communities in its own “backyard”. – VNA
