Feyenoord has definitively announced the arrival of 24-year-old striker Ayase Ueda. Former Feyeno player Shinji Ono wishes the new striker of the Rotterdam team good luck. Feyenoord Media made a nice welcome video, which can be viewed below.
”You will play for Feyenoord, a big club with a great history in the Netherlands”, Ono starts. “I also experienced some great moments in Rotterdam, with winning the UEFA Cup in 2002 as the highlight. De Kuip is a great stadium where I played with great teammates. The supporters gave me a lot of appreciation and respect. I have kept them in my heart forever.
Ono addresses Ueda in the video message. “If you give everything for the club, they will support you too. Now it’s your time to wear the Feyenoord shirt and make the people proud. Ayase, it’s time to make new memories in Rotterdam. Welcome to Feyenoord and good luck!” The acquisition of Feyenoord has signed a contract in Rotterdam until mid-2028.
