VIDEO: Moai Fuort S2023 #19: “We can camp here tonight”

TYTSJERK – After a successful first and second series, RTV NOF is back again this year with Moai Fuort. Our reporters spend the entire summer in the region to see how residents and tourists spend their holidays. For seven weeks, from 24 July to Friday 8 September, we will make a summer item every day, so that you can also get through the summer holidays.

In Park Vijversburg, reporter Jaap van der Laan watched an outdoor activity that is fun for young and old. There was plenty of cutting and bending with willow branches to build beautiful huts. Two brothers are also weaving with the willow branches during their holiday with grandpa and grandma. “The best thing is that you can then build a closed hut and that it is not so open.” His brother complements him: “Yes, that he is not so wet.” For now, however, the hut is not yet watertight. “Maybe later.” concludes the youngest.

Mother and daughter are also busy with a hut. “It is very beautiful. We are building together and had to see what a beautiful hut this has become. I think we can camp here tonight.”
