Memphis Depay voor Atletico Madrid

When Memphis Depay left Barcelona, it was quiet around him for a while. Now the former PSV player seems to have found his feet again. Yesterday he gave Atlético Madrid the lead with a very nice goal.
Of The Mattresses struggled to get through, but Depay put an end to that. In the 67th minute he hit the ball from far outside the box into the top corner. The attacker himself seemed to be most surprised when he saw his attempt hit the opponent’s goal.
With this he put his team on a 2-1 lead. In the end it also became 3-1. Deep in injury time, Marcos Lorrente made a ticker, after a nice piece of preliminary work by Ángel Correa.
