VIDEO. A MotoGP ridicules a 1100 hp Lamborghini Huracan

It is a race from a standing start that we are not used to seeing! In effect, Carwow, specialized in this kind of tests, decided to oppose an Italian supercar to a motorcycle. Of course, these are not just machines…

On the one hand, the Lamborghini Huracan displays 1,100 hp, or nearly 500 additional horses compared to the basic model. Housed in the rear central position, the naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 has been extensively modified. The block received two huge turbos for maximum breath! Result, the car displays no less than 1,100 hp. A formidable weapon capable of beating any machine in a straight line… Well, almost.

On the other, a MotoGP driven by Dani Pedrosa, a former pro. Since 2019, the Spaniard has been hired as a test rider by the KTM Factory Racing team. The opportunity to discover what a 270 hp motorcycle is worth against a rabid supercar.

MotoGP in the lead

Carwow is used to doing the standing start several times. During the first round, the Lamborghini Huracan took the advantage in the first few hundred meters, thanks in particular to its all-wheel drive. But with only two wheels, Dani Pedrosa loses distance at the start, before climbing like an arrow.

The other two starts will be a formality for MotoGP. Each time, the Lamborghini takes off better. But Dani Pedrosa manages to overtake the supercar without much difficulty.
