Max Verstappen enjoys virtual races. After his somewhat disappointing virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Dutchman will participate again next weekend in a virtual endurance race: the 24 Hours of Daytona.
Verstappen will again participate in a so-called endurance race on the virtual circuit next weekend. Team Redline announces that, just like a week earlier, Verstappen will join the team to fight for the overall victory. This time it will be during the Daytona 24 Hours. Like the 24 Hours of Le Mans, an important and well-known race within the endurance spectrum.
Last weekend’s disappointment did not prevent Verstappen from getting back in the car. The Dutchman was in the lead during the 24 Hours of Le Mans, but lost control of his car, hit the wall and was unable to continue on his way. Before the unfortunate crash came, the Dutchman had been in the lead for about seven hours. It was a bitter pill, as Verstappen and his team seemed to have the speed right.
So Le Mans came to a rough end, but Verstappen is out for revenge as always. This coming weekend, he will get into one of the three Team Redline cars together with Gianni Vecchio and Chris Lulham to fight for the overall victory again. This Saturday from 2 p.m. the race will go wild, which can be followed via Team Redline’s Twitch channel.
