The newly established company has a share capital of 30,000 euros and its sole owner is Reinfelds.
Mark Spungin has been appointed Chairman of the Board, while Reinfeld is a member of the Board.
The legal address of Vincit Online is 23 Elizabetes Street, Riga, which until May 2019 was also the legal address of ABLV Bank, as well as, for example, the legal address of the investment management company ABLV Asset Management, Vincit Accounting and the registered office of Vincit Advisory.
The newly established company “Vincit Online” was registered in the Commercial Register on Monday, June 29.
Vincit Accounting explained that the start-up company will offer an online solution for the self-employed. More information about the company’s operations will be provided in the coming weeks.
It has already been reported that the Economic Crime Control Department of the State Police (VP) has previously initiated criminal proceedings for large-scale money laundering in cooperation with the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Other Sectors, the Financial and Capital Market Commission, the State Revenue Service and the Information Technology Security Incident Prevention Institution. On June 13-15, “Cert.lv” conducted searches in various places in Riga and the Riga region, including procedural actions were carried out in the premises of companies operating under the “Vincit Union” brand.
Reinfelds explained that the proceedings were related to historical events. “We can confirm that one of the proceedings mentioned in the media on Saturday, June 13, also took place at the premises of Vincit Union. This is natural, as some companies of the Vincit Group are the successors of the former ABLV Bank subsidiary,” he said.
Reinfelds also mentioned that the company cooperates with law enforcement agencies and has provided the historical information in its possession.
