Update: The free bicycle coding campaign announced for the coming Saturday (11th), which should take place as part of the district festival, is no longer applicable. The district festival was canceled altogether.

Original message: As part of the district festival “Mile of Encounters” in Darmstadt-Kranichstein, the officers of the 1st police station are offering free bicycle coding on Saturday, September 11, from 2 pm to 5 pm.

The promotional stand will be clearly visible in Grundstrasse in Kranichstein, near the shopping center. No advance notice is required for the coding, the bikes are coded in the order in which they arrive. We ask for your understanding in the event of possible waiting times.

Proof of ownership and identity card are required for a smooth process and essential for the engraving. We also ask not to forget the battery key when using e-bikes or pedelecs. Attention: carbon wheels are not suitable for coding.
