Thionville. FC Metz will settle on May 10 at Place André-Malraux

The Ligue de Football Professionnel Media is organizing its “Place du Foot”, a traveling event village which, in May, sets up shop in four cities in France, including Thionville. This ephemeral device offers many activities and entertainment for football fans, supporters and the general public, as part of the promotion of the two French professional championships. This event, with free access, aims to bring football fans closer to the club in their city for a day. All this while offering a playful experience around football and gaming to children and adults alike. The opportunity for them to come and meet players and club personalities, but also content creators who will be present in this village throughout the tour.

This modular device, giving pride of place to the local club, is designed to be set up in different configurations, in the city center or on the forecourt of a stadium before the match. This season, and as part of its official launch, the “Place du Foot” operation is being held in Amiens, Caen, Le Havre and Thionville. For this last date, it will be Wednesday, May 10, in the presence of FC Metz players, from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., place André-Malraux.
