“Togg connects smart home with mobile services and smart city to a new ecosystem of e-mobility”

The Turkish joint venture will launch the first domestic electric car in 2023. In its state-of-the-art research and development center, specialists and engineers are developing the next generation of intelligent and connected electric vehicles. Togg is also working on a sustainable ecosystem – it brings together electric and connected technologies in an intelligent, user-centric and empathetic design concept – USECASE Mobility®.

“We design more than an intelligent car. stands for an open ecosystem that is networked and interacts with other systems. We aim for a sustainable mobility ecosystem that is effective, user-friendly and climate-friendly. We focus on decarbonization. This is the future of e-mobility”said Togg CEO Gürcan Karakas in his interview in .

Europe’s largest tech event once again brought together executives, start-ups, investors, researchers and innovators from all over the world in Paris – and online.

A new mobility experience with intelligent technologies

Karakas continued to point to the merging of the automotive and smartphone industries into a smart ecosystem, with 5G mobility at its core. Togg combines smart home, mobile services and smart city into a new mobility ecosystem. The future expectations of car users are also taken into account with foresight, and the technological dimension is expanded to include the social dimension. “It depends on innovative business models – but also on blockchain systems to store and transfer data and other assets quickly, securely and in an environmentally friendly way.”adds Togg CEO Karakas.

New players for a new industry

The fight against climate change and the framework conditions set by governments have a decisive influence on the further development of the mobility ecosystem. Togg is well positioned in the competition to extend the driving range of e-cars, the technical advancement of batteries and the expansion of driving comfort. The car company will power its vehicles with its own batteries, supplied by Siro Silk Road Clean Energy Solutionsa joint venture with Farasis Energyto be developed.

“The abbreviation VUCA stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity – all terms that can also be seen as an opportunity. Fintech, artificial intelligence or UX are the central challenges in the e-mobility industry that Togg takes on. Our industry is not only shaped by the largest companies, the smartest and most agile also play an important role”, summarizes Togg CEO Karakas.
