AROBS Transilvania Software, a Romanian IT company controlled by Cluj-based entrepreneur Voicu Oprean, closed a private placement of shares on Friday and attracted 75 million lei from investors, according to ZF sources.

The company put up for sale a number of 54.7 million shares, and on Friday at 17.00 the investors had entered subscription orders for 154.5 million shares, which results in a subscription of 2.82 times. The offer price was 1,357 lei per share, which means that the total subscriptions amounted to 209.7 million lei, according to the calculations made by ZF.

AROBS Transilvania announced a few days ago that it intends to attract approximately 75 million lei by increasing the company’s share capital by 13.62%. Both the private placement and the listing are brokered by the brokerage house BRK Financial Group. The company aims to have its shares, which will be available under the AROBS symbol, listed on the BVB by the end of this year.
