The GNV shipping company will connect Ciutadella with Barcelona and Palma from Tuesday

The GNV shipping company will launch a new connection between the ports of Palma and Ciutadella as of September 14, after inaugurating routes that connect the ports of Barcelona and Valencia with the Balearic Islands.

“The results of the new routes in Spain have led GNV to continue investing to further expand connections with the Balearic Islands and include a new service with Menorca,” the company stressed in a statement this Wednesday.
Likewise, they have pointed out that the objective is to offer companies that operate in different markets the possibility of reaching an increasing number of destinations.

The ‘GNV Sealand’ ferry, which has a capacity of 2,255 linear meters and can accommodate up to 195 cars and 880 people on board, will connect Barcelona with the ports of Ciutadella and Palma, while the ‘GNV Bridge’, delivered in June 2021 with 2,564 linear meters of garage and 157 cabins, it will operate the routes between Valencia, Palma and Ibiza.

GNV has scheduled daily departures between the ports of Barcelona and Valencia to Palma and Eivissa, in addition to the direct connection between the two islands, with the possibility of purchasing one-way tickets, in order to provide maximum flexibility to customers of their choice.
