The works to raise the first 5,406 floors of the Live Plan in the Community of Madrid will begin at the end of 2021. The Ministry of the Environment, Housing and Agriculture has provisionally awarded three of the four lots of the first phase of this offer of public housing for affordable rent, which consists of more than 6,650 households. Lot 2, meanwhile, represents 1,874 homes distributed in 12 plots located in Madrid, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Torrejón de Ardoz, Móstoles and Alcorcón.
The second company, Saturn Holdco, has been provisionally awarded lot three, which involves the construction of a maximum of 1,763 homes on 12 plots located in the municipalities of San Sebastián de los Reyes, Tres Cantos, Alcorcón, Alcalá de Henares and Getafe.
Finally, lot 4 has not received any offers for exploitation. There are 11 plots located in Navalcarnero, Humanes de Madrid, Velilla de San Antonio, Pinto and Colmenar Viejo.

The rents paid by the tenants of the Plan Vive flats will be up to 50% lower than those of the free market, although the average savings will be between 30% and 40%. The concession of the use of public land to the winning companies will be for 50 years.
