AND I DON’T THINK THEY REALIZE HOW BAD THIS LOOKS FROM A LEGAL POINT OF VIEW, THERE ARE TWO REAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS ATTEMPT TO BAR TRUMP FROM THE PRIMARY BALLOTS. THE FIRST PROBLEM IS A COMPLETE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DUE PROCESS IN MAKING THIS DETERMINATION. THESE ARE MADE MOSTLY BY POLITICAL FIGURES, PROFESSIONAL

DEMOCRATS. WHO OBVIOUSLY HAVE AN AX TO GRIND. SECONDLY, IT’S VERY UNLIKELY IN MY OPINION THAT THE SECTION 36 THE 1ST AMENDMENT WAS INTENDED TO APPLY TO PRESIDENTS. ENUMERATED OFFICIAL SENATORS, ELECTORS. OFFICERS OF THE UNITED STATES. I THINK IT’S UNLIKELY THAT IT WOULD EVER APPLY TO A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

FURTHER, IN NONE OF THE PROSECUTIONS YOU HAVE SEEN OF PRESIDENT TRUMP, INCLUDING JACK SMITH’S PROSECUTION FOR THE JANUARY 6TH MATTER, ARE THEY ATTEMPTING TO PROSECUTE UNDER INSURRECTION STATUTE. CONGRESS HAS UNDER THE 1ST AMENDMENT AN OPPORTUNITY TO BAR A POTENTIAL FEDERAL OFFICE HOLDER FROM HOLDING OFFICE INCLUDING PRESIDENT CONGRESS WENT FOR IMPEACHMENT.

THEY DIDN’T USE INSURRECTION FOR WHATEVER REASON. OPPORTUNITIES TO TEST WHETHER THE PRESIDENT’S CONDUCT ON JANUARY 6TH AMOUNTED TO ILLEGAL INSURRECTION. AND AT EVERY INSTANCE DEMOCRATS HAVE DECLINED TO DO IT. NOW THEY BACK DOOR PROCESS IT JUST LOOKS BAD. SO THAT IS FROM A LEGAL POINT OF VIEW FROM.

A POLITICAL POINT OF VIEW, WHAT HAVE YOU HEARD DEMOCRATS TALKING ABOUT SINCE REALLY 2015 IS WHAT AN INCREDIBLE THREAT DONALD TRUMP IS TO DEMOCRACY. AND TO THE DEMOCRATIC IDEALS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE WEST. AND THEN THEY GO OUT THERE WITH THIS ATTEMPT TO DENY HALF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO WILL LIKELY

BE SUPPORTING PRESIDENT TRUMP, AND THE NEXT ELECTION, FOR THEM TO CHOOSE HIM IN THE PRIMARY AND IT JUST SEEMED VERY HARD FOR IN MY MIND FOR DEMOCRATS TO SQUARE THIS ARGUMENT ABOUT PROMOTING DEMOCRACY, PROMOTING SORT OF FREE CHOICE, ALL OF THESE IDEALS AND THEN EXCLUDING TRUMP FROM A PRIMARY BALLOT.

I THINK THIS WILL BE REGARDED HISTORICALLY AS SOMETHING VERY FOOLISH.
