In order to improve performance and position on the V.League rankings, HAGL Club recently made moves to strengthen its force with the appearance of foreign soldiers from Brazil.

Looking at HAGL’s personnel situation right now, it can be seen that coach Kiatisak does not have too many good cards to revive the team. The injury of foreign soldier Martin Dzilah, followed by striker Dinh Thanh Binh, made everything very difficult.
Immediately after round 6 of the V.League ended, HAGL’s Board of Directors met to discuss a plan to bring in quality players to help the team escape the current tragic situation. The first name to appear at Ham Rong training ground was Brazilian midfielder – Marlon Lacorte.
In recent training sessions, Marlon Lacorte has performed quite well and is being tested by coach Kiatisak playing alongside Tuan Anh to increase the steel in the midfield.
In terms of playing style, although born in Brazil, Marlon Lacorte is a midfielder who tends to play defensively. With the ability to cover the field well and the spirit of fierce competition, this foreign soldier is expected to be a useful complement to help Tuan Anh free from defense duties.
Not only does Marlon Lacorte play well as a holding midfielder, he can also take on the full-back position if needed, thanks to his strong physical foundation and speed in sprints. This promises to bring more choices to Coach Kiatisak.

Speaking after the loss in round 6 of the V.League against SLNA, coach Kiatisak frankly pointed out HAGL’s current problem.
He expressed: “We often lack foreign players, this is a disadvantage for LPbank HAGL. The team has not yet won, but from my point of view, I will not give up.
If I’m thinking about racing for relegation right now, I think it’s too early. The whole team needs to return, for now the players need to forget about rankings to have the best spirit in the next matches.
It must also be said that we still need to do many things to improve the situation, to avoid making mistakes if we score a goal. The young players are inexperienced and do not understand my tactics. They need to learn from experience because every match is very difficult.”
