Sotheby’s is auctioning off a nearly unique bottle of The Macallan.

It is an almost unique bottle because there are only two in the world, it is an exclusive and limited edition version of The Macallan Distil Your World New York; It is a whiskey created from a single cask, distilled in 2002 and, since only two bottles were produced, extremely rare and hard to come by.

This auction is the only opportunity for whiskey collectors they will have to get hold of this bottle because the second bottle will not go on sale, it will be kept in the archive of The Macallan and will never hit the market; In addition, whoever manages to get hold of this very exclusive bottle of The Macallan will not only get the elegant bottle in its sophisticated blue box but also a brochure about the bottle itself and the Distil Your World New York series and a first-class gastronomic experience: a dinner for four at the restaurant of the Roca brothers, Celler de Can Roca, a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars and, undoubtedly, one of the best restaurants in the world.

Proceeds from this auction will be donated to ChaShaMaa New York-based non-profit arts organization dedicated to reclaiming disused spaces.
