Title: Back to the Wharf (Chinese: 风平浪静).
Year: 2020.
Genre: Crime, Drama, and Thriller.
Director: Li Xiaofeng (李霄峰) / Xiaofeng Li.
Cast: Yu Zhang, Jia Song, Yanhui Wang, Jin Chen.
Plot: A man wanted for negligent homicide returns to his hometown after 15 years. He is haunted by his past and gets mixed up in a scheme involving the daughter of his victim.
Source 5 detail: Song Hao (an excellent high school student) left his hometown 15 years ago after an accident. He returns 25 years later (Note: Source 1, 3, 4, 6 say 15 years, Source 5 says 15 years ago and 25 years later. I must be careful with the timeline if sources conflict, but I will stick to the most consistent info or present what is there). Correction: Source 5 says "In an accident fifteen years ago... Twenty-five years later, he returned". This is a contradiction within Source 5 or a typo in the source. Source
