## Executive Summary & Cultural Positioning

Agries Melisses is a Greek television series that originally aired from 2019 to 2022. The narrative centers on three sisters named Eleni, Asimina, and Froso. Their father commemorated the birth of each daughter by planting a poplar tree at the edge of the family orchard. As the trees matured, he took pride in comparing their tall and slender growth to that of his children. A specific connection is drawn between the eldest daughter, Eleni, and the most prominent poplar tree in the orchard. This tree became the site of a wild bee nest, leading the father to offer a hopeful prediction regarding the sweetness of Eleni's future life. However, as time passed, the reality of the sisters' lives began to diverge from these early expectations. The series, also known by the English title Wild Bees, explores the unfolding experiences of these siblings. The production history of the show is documented through various international databases, including The Movie Database, Plex, Moviefone, and Wikidata, which provide comprehensive information regarding its cast and crew.
