Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with 6.5-inch display and Exynos 1330 chip surfaces

Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy M14 5G, a new affordable 5G device from the Galaxy M series, which will succeed last year’s Galaxy M13 5G. Galaxy M14 5G renders have surfaced online.

The renders show design guidelines analogous to that of the Galaxy A14 5G, which was released a few weeks ago. The renders show the Galaxy M14 5G in three different colors: Blue, Dark Blue, and Silver. The device has an Infinity-V notch display on the front, surrounded by thick bezels around the edges.

The smartphone has a triple camera setup on the back, an LED flash and the Samsung logo on the bottom. The volume buttons and the power button are located on the right side panel of the smartphone. The power button includes an in-display fingerprint sensor.

As for the technical specifications of the Galaxy M14 5G, it will be powered by the Exynos 1330 5G chipset. The Galaxy M14 5G with model number SM-M146B was listed on Geekbench with 2 cores at 2.4 GHz and 6 cores at 2.0 GHz, along with the Mali-G68 GPU.

A launch in March 2023

The Galaxy M14 5G will feature a 6.5-inch IPS HD+ LCD screena triple-camera setup with a 48-megapixel main photo sensor and an 8-megapixel front camera, and will be powered by the latest OneUI 5.0 version, which is based on Android 13. The smartphone is also expected to include a large battery of 6,000mAh and a 15W charger in the box.

The release of the Galaxy M14 5G is scheduled for the end of March 2023.
