Rotova will have sensors that will monitor street lighting and air quality of the municipality and its polygon. The mayor of the municipality, Jordi Puig, has gone through Hoy por Hoy Gandia Magazine to analyze the benefits of the project.
A project to install sensors in the public lighting and air quality control panel, which is launched with a aid of 20,000 euros by the Diputació de València.
The objective is clear: the energy and cost savings, thanks to the knowledge of the data obtained through the installed sensors. Furthermore, this system allows you to react quickly to problems or breakdowns in the public lighting network, as well as possible fraudulent connections. This project will be implemented in the lighting panels and in a meteorological station.
