Rotate videos or pictures – Microsoft Support

Rotate a video

Here are the steps to rotate a video or still image 90 or 180 degrees in Clipchamp.

Step 1. Drag and drop the video or image into the timeline

Drag the video or image off the tab Your media to the timeline.

Step 2. Rotate your video or image

Click on your image or video in the timeline so that it is highlighted in green. The floating toolbar appears next to the video preview.

Click the Rotate button to rotate the video. The first click rotates your video 90°, the second click 180°, and so on. We rotated our sample video 180°.

Undo a rotation change

You can restore the video to its original state at any time by selecting it in the timeline and clicking the undo and redo buttons. You can also drag and drop your media onto the timeline from the media tab.
