Speaking in Where’s Jeff? Podcast, Matt Le Tissier has shared what he heard from a contact within Arsenal’s camp about their ongoing struggles on the field.

It’s no secret that the Gunners are in an uproar right now. The London club ranks last in the Premier League without having scored a single goal in the competition.

Understandably, many of the fanbase’s frustrations have been directed towards Mikel Arteta during this time, but Le Tissier believes that the coach is not the problem at Arsenal, claiming that there is a problem in the locker room.

What if ALL Premier League teams were one country?

Le Tissier shared what he heard from a source.

“I can tell you from a contact within the Arsenal field. At Arsenal the problem is not the coach, the problem is in the locker room from what I hear ”, said Le Tissier.

“There is a lot of discord in the dressing room and that is something very difficult for a coach.

“Although it may be the players’ fault, we always know what happens when things go wrong, and it is always the coach who has the can.”

This is very worrying.

It is one thing to have a bad coach at the helm, but it is quite another to have a team that just doesn’t get along.

The lack of harmony within the team is something that is not easily fixed, and if Arsenal really have this problem, the end of their problems may not yet be in sight for a while.

Crossing someone’s fingers at the club finds a way to get everyone back on the same page sooner rather than later.
