From Monday, Twitter will allow blocked accounts on the social media platform again. This has been announced by the new owner, Elon Musk, after a poll about this on Twitter. The condition is that the users have not violated the law or have tweeted rudeness.
Of the more than 3 million votes, 72 percent were in favor of restoring the accounts, 27 percent voted against. “The people have spoken. The amnesty starts next week,” Musk tweeted. He concluded with the Latin phrase Voice of the people, voice of God (The voice of the people, the voice of God).
Earlier, Musk also undone the suspension on Twitter of former President Trump. So far, Trump has not tweeted anything new.
