The impulse of photovoltaic energy extends further with proposals such as the solar pavement in Plaza de las Glòries or the solar panels installed and planned in road tunnels.
In future projects will be used large spaces in the city and the installation of solar panels will be incorporated into the new urban plans.
Ideas for a fairer, more democratic and renewable model
A new initiative plans to offer, in the future, part of the energy generated in municipal facilities to homes in the city. Specifically, it is proposed to share 500 kWp with each home, which would allow savings of 25% of the energy bill.
