MISSIONS :

MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Implement the situational prevention system for public spaces
* Monitor public spaces using cameras placed on the town
* Ensure the safety of goods and people in compliance with the legislation in force
* Report to the police services by radio, video or telephone, any event likely to affect security and public tranquility
* Fill in the service bulletin and/or the mission sheets using the business software
* Use protected video site mapping
Manage the signaling and safety of the Comédie tunnel
* Ensure the management of the safety device of the tunnel defined by the Intervention and Safety plan
* Respond to the Emergency Call Network (RAU)
Monitor spaces open to the public and/or their surroundings
* Ensure the security of the Town Hall and municipal sites equipped with video protection
* Participate in the security management of the Town Hall and its surroundings during major events hosted within the building
* Participate in the management of major events in connection with the Communal Command Post (PCC)
Ensure access control to the pedestrian area
* Ensure the access control of vehicles in the pedestrian area by computer
* Respond to calls from entrance totems
* Check access authorization and issue, if approved, a time-stamped ticket
* Ensure continuity of service in conjunction with the CGAP (Pedestrian Area Manager Cell)
Liaise with on-call staff
* Report malfunctions and/or important events
* Monitor and report violations relating to stopping and parking and illegal dumping on predefined areas
* Control the application of parking and illegal dumping regulations
* Report the need to remove a vehicle in default of parking
* Establish electronic offense reports
