Mindy makes landfall in Florida as a tropical storm and weakens to a tropical depression as it passes through Georgia

Tropical Storm Mindy made landfall Wednesday night on the island of San Vicente (Florida) and weakened a tropical depression as it moves through the state of Georgia.

From the US National Hurricane Center reported that the cyclone can leave up to 15 centimeters of precipitation in northeast Florida and southern parts of Georgia and South Carolina, while there is the possibility of flooding in urban areas.
