Lush shows that marketing without clicks and likes is possible

As a replacement for social media, Lush has invested a lot in store expansion, such as here in a Christmas market in the Munich store

Almost exactly a year ago, Lush pulled out of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat – the cosmetics brand no longer wanted to support the platforms’ business practices. Now the brand takes stock and assures: Customer contact also works without the established social media giants.
