The AppleCare Service Content Media Team consists of an in-house, full-service production, post-production and graphics team, providing all services related to the creation of high-quality instructional and reference content to support AppleCare. Our audience ranges from Apple technicians worldwide to partnered service providers, and we are now expanding into customer-facing content. We handle audio recording and mixing, video production and post, informational graphic design and live internal broadcast capabilities from our own secure, on-campus studio facility. Our work product is used both internally and in customer-facing venues!

Our Editors have artistic sensibilities tempered with an eye for efficient, consistent and engaging instructional and technical content. Although we have traditionally only created content for internal technicians and Apple Store personnel, we’re expanding our audience to include Apple customers worldwide, so this is an excellent opportunity to have an impact on the way AppleCare is seen and perceived by our customers at a point in the relationship where clarity and confidence in our brand are key!
