Large drug discovery after traffic control – Rhein Main Verlag

On Wednesday noon (8th) a patrol checked a motor scooter driver in Sachsenhausen and showed that they had the right instinct. Search measures subsequently led to the discovery of large quantities of various narcotics.

A patrol from the 8th police station carried out a traffic control in the area of ​​the waterway at around 1 p.m. The inspection of the 51-year-old scooter driver revealed a considerable amount of heroin. A search warrant was therefore obtained for the man’s address in Offenbach am Main.

When the officers arrived, there was a 44-year-old woman in the home. During the subsequent apartment search, over 3.2 kilograms of heroin, more than 600 grams of amphetamine, about 25 grams of marijuana and more than 40 ecstasy tablets were found. The narcotics as well as various prescription drugs, three-digit cash and other evidence were seized.

The 51-year-old and 44-year-old were arrested and taken to police headquarters to be brought before the judge. The investigations by the Frankfurt criminal police are ongoing.
