In Pont-Aven, the Moulin de Rosmadec family greets its sommelier – Concarneau

Cédric Bilienthe manager of the Pont-Aven restaurant Le Moulin de Rosmadec, celebrated this Wednesday, March 23 with his entire team his prize for best sommelier awarded the day before by the Michelin Guide. “It’s a great consecration after so many years of work,” he said, very surprised at this award. After the first star won last year, the beautiful days continue for this relaunched restaurant, with a new team, for a little over two years. Invited to the ceremony in Cognac mardi, starred chef Sébastien Martinezcould not be present for this small party, this Wednesday noon.
