The Ministry of Health has created two other priority groups that will follow the current ones in the vaccination process: the general population aged 56 to 59, for whom the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been reserved for the time being, and those under 60 with high-risk pathologies, which will be specified later.
The fourth update of the Vaccination Strategy Faced with COVID-19 in Spain, published this Friday, it makes a series of immunization recommendations for those who have had the disease, which it divides into four different situations.
One, those over 55 who have already received a first dose, who are advised to normally complete the regimen with the second, and those in that age group who have been infected after receiving the first puncture, in which case they will be administered the second once recovered and isolation completed.
As for those under 55 years of age who have passed the disease, it has been determined that they will receive a single dose six months after a positive diagnosis.
Those of this age group who have been infected between patterns, yes they would have to receive a second injection at six months.
