06.10.2021 | (rsn) – Primoz Roglic (Jumbo – Visma) presents itself in splendid shape three days before the Lombardy tour. The three-time Vuelta winner won the 102nd edition of Milan-Turin on Wednesday after 190 kilometers ahead of the British Adam Yates (Ineos Grenadiers), whom he left behind with an irresistible step 200 meters before arriving at the Basilica of Superga. With his 13th win of the season, Roglic has now also placed himself in the position of top favorite for Il Lombardia, the last monument of the year.
