Cafe “Country” in the center of Krasnoyarsk began to be demolished (video)

In Krasnoyarsk this morning, August 26, the procedure for the forced demolition of the Country Cafe building, located on Prospekt Mira, began.

Recall that nAs early as February 8 this year, the residential building was recognized as an unauthorized construction. The court imposed on the owner of the object the obligation to demolish it within 6 months. The deadline for the voluntary execution of this decision expired on August 8, after which the prosecutor’s office sent a writ of execution to the inter-district department of bailiffs.

Earlier, the court refused the owner of the building, businessman Olga Grimalyuk, to satisfy her request to impose interim measures on the building during the next trial. She tries to legalize the building, proving that her cafe does not pose a danger to the neighboring house. In her opinion, earlier experts incorrectly considered what fire gaps between buildings should be.

She filed a second lawsuit against the city administration, wanting to receive more than 36 million rubles in compensation for material losses. The entrepreneur claims that she began the reconstruction after the relevant permission from the mayor’s office, not knowing that it was issued in violation of the current legislation.
