The season of ordinary shareholders’ meetings started a few days ago –due to coronavirus- with the remote mode and with the use of different platforms, after the National Securities Commission issued resolution 830/2020 authorizing the realization of the same in the form of videoconferences.

A week later, it sent the market notice to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly, to be held on May 11.
ENEL Generación Costanera S.A. also held its assemblies, among others. and Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. in which the acceptance of two resignations of regular directors was specified, the appointment of two replacements by the assumption of two alternates, and the appointment of two alternates, all approved unanimously.

For his part, Metrogas voided the date of April 24 and postponed it for May 7, and one day before it will be carried out by the Mortgage Bank.
