The Kremlin released footage showing armed naval inspectors boarding a cargo ship in the Black Sea – a ship that allegedly failed to stop when asked to do so by a Russian warship.

The Russian officer then asks the captain – through the crew’s interpreter – why the ship did not stop when told to do so.
The translation crew member says the captain misunderstood the Russian request to stop.
“You, they are bad,” says one crew member in English.
“Thank you, good day sir,” said the Russian officer as he left.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the work of the inspection team was carried out “professionally and in accordance with the requirements of international documents.”
