For Lorenzo Dávila, general director of OSUR: “The people of Elche are very satisfied with their municipal public services, approving all of them with flying colors and highlighting the water supply, which is at the top, closely followed by transportation. However, the high number of dissatisfied in the general assessment, shows a polarization about itand perhaps a certain stress on the part of the population regarding services with the return of tourism. The City Council would do well to try to understand this phenomenonor, so that their good services are properly perceived”.
